Exhaust elbow 864591T02 is for use on V6 and V8 MerCruiser sterndrive engines made by General Motors with dry joint exhaust manifolds (2004 and newer) and GM made V8 MerCruiser inboard engines (2002 and newer). For corrosion protection, it is hot dipped and powder coated.

Replacement exhaust elbow with 4 in. outside diameter and 14 degree down angle
Hot dipped and powder coated to prevent corrosion
Fits V6 and V8 MerCruiser engines with dry joint manifolds (serial No. 0W310000 and up)
Produced to meet Mercury Marine original equipment manufacturer specifications
